Without trust between artists, without open communication across divisions, and without a strong strategy, quality will never reach its highest standard. That is why HIVE instills one of our core values: Harmony: working as one, not above one another.
Harmony at HIVE is not just a concept, but a work culture that breaks down barriers between roles and divisions. Line artists, colorists, managers, and even the operations team work in harmony. There is no individual ego above the quality of the team. We believe that an international-standard studio is built on a foundation of healthy collaboration and mutual respect in every creative process.
This spirit is embodied through the HIVE Professional League 2 (HPL), which will be held on February 10–13 and 17–18, 2026, at the HIVE studio. The event was attended by around eight cross-divisional teams and served as a space to strengthen bonds while taking a brief break from the tight production deadlines. Over six days, a competitive yet supportive atmosphere prevailed, supported by the availability of refreshments for both players and supporters. More than just an internal tournament, HPL 2 became a tangible reflection that team harmony is the foundation of every piece of work we produce.
